On behalf of the German Government and in the presence of Ambassador Jörn Rohde, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH handed over five state of the art Virtual Reality welding machines to the University of Pristina. The equipment will be used by both students and teachers at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and will also be accessible to students of vocational schools and companies.

Vocational education and training of youth and their employment is one of the priority areas of cooperation between the Government of Kosovo and the Government of Germany.
