Call for applications: The International Coaching Academy of the German Athletics Association

The International Coaching Academy of the German Athletics Association (DLV) offers a high level training and education programme for coaches in the field of athletics co-funded by the German Federal Foreign Office.

As a part of the course applicants will have a German language course (intensive during the first 4 months, prior knowledge not necessary) lectures in theory and practice of athletics, General kinematics, General training theory, Sports medicine, Sports psychology, Physiotherapy and also Workshops and Excursions.

Upon passing the final exam, they receive an athletics trainer diploma and an IAAF certificate awarded by the International Athletics Federation which is recognized worldwide.

The following documents are required for an successful application:

▲ Completed application form

▲ Medical Certificate (laboratory results must not be older than 3 months)

▲ Recommendation/letter of support from the national athletic governing body

▲ 1 biometric photo

▲ Proof of personal experience as an athlete / coach / sports teacher in the field of athletics

▲ Copy of passport

The application must be submitted at the German Embassy in Pristina before 12 March 2021.
